Here is a collection of files I use in my sport psychology work. The first three bullets are for initial “discovery” phases, the last four for later goal-setting phases.

Other resources:

  • Number grids (100, 200) for concentration exercises (get new sets here).
  • Sport psych film database: A comprehensive, incomplete database of films with IMDB/Rotten Tomatoes ratings so you don’t waste time watching a movie unless it’s really pertinent to your situation (mostly taken from here). Red check marks show the main theme, and the stars show my own rating of movies I’ve reviewed.
  • Kokology scripts, for those times you want a horoscope but know you’re too legit for that kind of stuff anymore.
  • Free Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) test.
  • Snakes & Ladders for conversation circles.
  • Sporcle, my favourite quiz site. I’ve played with making my own but haven’t gotten it polished just yet.
